Looks like we may loose the big ash tree in front, all the utilities run under it and no one wants to touch the lines. I get it, but it is a big shade tree. My wife is upset about it, fighting it the whole way.

Ash is essentially gone in this area.
They got hammered pretty bad in the last decade by those creepy little imported beetles.

That would suck. I have oak trees and I'd cry if I lost any of them. Love my shade. Hope you get to keep it.

Good morning, early start once again. Just came up for air and more coffee. Spring is next. Tomorrow.

Your welcome any time Susan and for you I'd even break out the good china!

Been stationed in the Orlando area several times at least for schools and TDA over the years. First time was in the late 70's and couldn't wait to try one of those famous bass lakes I had read about. Wanted to call one of the lakes to find out about renting a boat so called the operator to get the phone number. She asked what county and I said Kiss a me. She laughed and laughed so hard thought she was going to cry. Finally she said Honey, we call it Ki sim me down here. Was pretty damn good fishing, don't care how you pronounce it LOL.

Superior might be the biggest fresh water lake in the world, and the coldest and deepest. But because of that it is pretty sterile and not a good fishery. Lake Michigan on the other hand is one of the best. I really need to make a run over there too! Just wonderful, now I am thinking about fishing already and there is still ice everywhere. But not for long now...

Rivers are open and water levels are about perfect, until we get heavy spring rains.

Haven't gone in 20 years, but I was a Steelhead head for a long time. Fished the Ontario and some Erie tribs.
    Still have all my stuff.
300+ miles one way, and we used to do weekend suicide runs and be back to work on Monday. :muscleflexing:

It been a few years since I've gone. I grew up fishing on the lake, the piers or on the rivers.

Find where the line comes in the yard, dig a new trench around the yard to where it goes in the house, cut the old line and lay a new line :notsure:

Time to head home. So much Navy out here. Came across the York river and looked out at the Weapons Station and Cheatham Annex. Then going to the airport saw three flat tops in Norfolk. Kinda miss this area.
