    They are operating in South Austin in black neiborhoods. My guess using a mercury switch as a trigger, which is kinda sophisticated. Haven't heard anything on bomb making style. Seems like they live close to the area under attack, but they will prob get more ballsy and expand their territory. I think a TTC man hunt is in order. That $100k would fund alot of patches n decals.
