What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

BAMF weld-on sliders w/kick. Purchased new from a local tw member, was a hell of a bargin for me. They make my subtle lift look like I'm back to stock... guess I'll have to add a little more height to make up for it!

Washed and waxed the exterior. And cleaned the windows.

Built a mount for the Morimoto HID relay

Finally sorted out the grounding situation for my 2nd battery.

 

Cali raised led fogs, speakers (no pics) and an interior clean!

 

3 new spicer u joints and a spicer ranger carrier bearing

 

Installed some Westin Wade In channels. I was skeptical at first because it wasnt the normal AVS, WT or EGR..but Im really satisfied with the quality, fit and finish on these. A local shop had em in stock so figured why not.

 

Ordered one of those Tacoma attics today, should be able to keep an assortment of items up there, also took two solos in fortnite today.

Nice. Does the ARB harness reach that far or did you have to extend wires?

 

I did it for the first time at 45,000 mi and it seemed to take some of the clunkiness out of the drivetrain when starting from a stop. Who knows. But I plan on doing this every-time I change the oil now. Stock up on rags/paper towels.

 

Are you using this just to maintain battery charge?

 

Any change in sound? You'll have to report back and see if your mpg change. (If you keep track)

 

My muffler has a couple small leaks on the top, back end , were the brackets were welded to the muffler. I'm trying Yale muffler cement , I just need it fixed so I can pass inspection.

Oh I'm just @ 332,300 miles so far..

Install of ARB front bumper yesterday and headlights last week.

 

Did some maintenance to the rig: Oil+filter change, engine air filter, cabin air filter, greased the driveshaft, rotated the tires
Then cleaned it for the first time this winter haha hopefully it's over with for the year!

 

New carrier bearing working awesome

 

Put my new retrofits on last night. Not the best pics.

 

Installed LED backup light bulbs someone on here turned me on to. They are about 5X brighter.
