They just adjusted the price for the discounted side rails but someone said they already sold out of the scratch and dent parts. I did it a couple weeks ago and just now thought to put that link on here sorry

Can anyone comment on the roof mouldings? Are they necessary to reinstall? Doesn’t seem like they’d be weather tight anyway...I had a factory rack and recently got the prinsu, so I don’t have the non-roof rack full length strips, and they are pretty hard to find

Yes you can mount the rack without the factory trim. It depends if you want that part to look unfinished. We have purchased those parts for installations we have done and it seems like the trim is around $200 if I remember right to get it back to a "stock" look.

Let us know if you need anything else!

Thanks for the quick reply! Do the gaps at the windshield and rear windo need to be filled with silicone if you do not use the strips?

Just so any of you Canadian guys know, Prinsu racks are available at our store in BC now! :canada:

PS: any of you with the Access Rac mind letting us use a couple of your pictures on our website for the product? I just have the double cab, and haven't been able to get in touch with Prinsu to use any of their pictures!

Anybody have a prinsu on a mid rise long bed cap? Not sure if I should order the long or short bed cap rack.

If you get a chance could you snap a picture of how its mounted up and how you were able to get it to sit right in the cut out. All of that may be self explainatory once you get your hands on it - not sure. I plan to pull the trigger on one in the next few days - pending the approval of the queen

I have a snowboarding trip planned this weekend and I was super excited to install my new prinsu cabrac. I had it all assembled ready to mount. Took the tape off my cab to expose the mount holes. Went to test one of the bolts and it doesn't fit. Looked at the pack of bolts and its labeled T4R4 so I'm guessing they accidently packed me 4runner bolts. Left CBI a message. Guess I'll just have to throw the boards in the truck bed. Super bummed. Hopefully the duct tape I used to cover the factory mount holes will prevent water from leaking in.

I got the right bolts but they sent like 3x what I needed and I also got parts for a cab rack when I only ordered a top rack..

I wish I had all the right bolts and then some as well. However, I did receive a bunch of extra bolts to attach the cross bars.

Hey @STravis where'd you mount your charge controller and how'd you run the wiring from the panel to it? Great looking setup

I just have the charge controller in the passenger side of the engine bay right now. I'm not sure where it will be permanently mounted yet.
For the wiring, I could only use the passenger side windshield trim to route the wires because I have the light bar wiring on the driver's side. Basically I just zip tied the wires together because both wires wouldn't fit. After I zip tied them together I wedged one of the wires into the gap. One wire fit very snugly so I'm not worried about them coming loose. It's not as noticable as I thought it would be from a distance.
