here are the 2 files from the last run.

The Regency Suspension Bridge and more was an awesome run! It was really high speed compared to ones we have run in the past.

The 2nd day is in the double ford crossing file. this is a great crossing of the colorado!

The mods have probably changed since last update.
Hey folks! Just checking in. Was in DC all weekend and saw I was about 17 pages behind in the forum this morning lol wish I could have made it to the Outdoors meet, looked sweet! Also, I think I saw a few pics of @ChadsPride truck off road, but couldn't verify if it had been photoshopped .

Any other trips to HF's sometime soon? I really want to go again, but this time with a crew!

My brothers runner is black, even if you look at it the wrong way you'll scratch it.

We really need to do a detail day and I need to introduce some of you to ceramic coatings that can help minimize (not prevent) scratches from the trail :D :D :D

I have a DA, pads and some Chemical Guys stuff.... But it's a LOT of work. I dread even washing it because I'll drive it down the road and it'll get dusty as hell.... But a detailing party would be legit, it'd make it more fun to work on our cars. My 2016 could definitely use some love.

I didn't want a black truck in the first place but I'm over it. The first one hurt and I hate seeing the big ones but it is what it is. There's a couple spots that I'd like to buff out. All in all my solution is more along the lines of just applying bed-liner to the whole thing. https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B074KQ4...olid=1OV44TNVP7KEA&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it

"Why in the world do you want to buy a white truck? It always shows dirt and mud right away, and it looks nasty"

First trip to Big Bend - the Marshmallow (white Trailblazer) vs @TX-TACO 's black Tacoma... Was immediately apparent, lol. Black shows every single pin stripe.

The next trip out was with the 4Runner, where I found out that Silver isn't too bad, thankfully. But yeah... White hides almost all of them.

I agree! Some like them more then others ;)

I agree its a lot of work but its so satisfying to me when you get done and admire how good the rig looks.

I saw this landcruiser the other day and as I got up next to her at a stop light I realized the entire rig was sprayed green in bed-liner. How much weight does that add? I've always had that in mind with that stuff.

That's alot of weight you'd be adding though..... Maybe getting it wrapped instead....

I've always heard to treat it at 7 to 8 pounds per square foot at 1/8" thickness, so it weighs however much surface area of your truck you're covering is. There's a lifted 4x4 Suburban in town that has sprayed on bed liner covering the entire lower half. I can only imagine what covering the whole thing would do in affecting center of gravity on a tall vehicle like that.
