Yes, correct they have to be treated at some hospitals without checking legal statuses(as required by some STATE laws), I didn't say otherwise.

 

It sure is. I believe the 4 types include; license, passport, green card, or birth certificate.

 

You have obviously never been in countries that require an ID check at every corner or whim. The big deal is that for all of you that gripe relentlessly about big government....What the heck do you think this law is???

The fact is that you as a legal American Citizen don't require anything but an ID. Birth Certificate and Passport are not and never have been a requirement.

Fact of the matter is this country is stone broke and we dont have the money to pay for illegals schooling,medical coverage,they also can get WEelfare,unemployment insurance and tuition reimbursement to attend schools fill our jail system to over capacity,street gangs roam our neighborhoods at will and of course theyve broken our laws to get it. Time is up to be nice to these people they need to get out,honest citizens working 40+ hours a week have 1/3 of thier checks to finance this crap I want my money back. Also my ancestors came here from a Foriegn country LEGALLY and would be glad to show a Policeman thier IDs what a friggin small sacrifice(if any) that is when we got young men&women serving selflessly overseas to protect us its just such a HASSLE to have to show my ID GTFO!

 

Then that is where we need to focus....The Border....Fire Moat, Land mines, Hungry wolves, AC Gunships, Tacoma Patrol...whatever it takes...but don't take away any more of my rights.

I understand where you are coming from. I know a lot of illegals, most are "nice" hard working people, that love America. They just need to come here LEGALLY. Is that too much to ask?
I have a big heart and can look in someones eyes and feel their pain and desire to be here, but there is a reason we have laws. If we dont draw the line in the sand, where and when will it stop.
