What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

One of my friends is routinely pulled over for "Driving while WRX"

He is actually a very conservative driver, I'm worse in my truck, but that big ass wing and blue & gold combo gets him every time.

 

I think as far as full bumpers, Pelfrey is my favorite. Still gonna be a while before I really start seriously looking into bumpers. TRD Beadlock wheels and Falken AT3Ws are on the top of my list at the moment.

 

He is the only WRX owner I know, or any car owner actually, that has somewhat legitimately earned a "failure to maintain speed" violation while in his subie. He was looking for a parallel parking spot along a busy road, and we ran into a cop that was just having a bad day I guess. It got overturned in court, but I give him a rash of shit for it every time I am riding shotgun.

 

Just had tires rotated and balanced!!

 

Well, the other side of the coin is that the cop could be the dick.

 

Nice, too, but Relentless Fab was my choice.

Not trying to be a dick, I just am. But that sentence is hard to read.

 

It ALMOST reaches for the battery connections. Exploring adding some terminal extensions right now so that I can clean up the cabling 100%.

 

Found my second hand IKA Fab trailer harness relocate bracket in the mailbox when I got home from work. The weather is nice and I had a spare couple of minutes, so I took advantage!

You take out the three tail light assembly attachment bolts and pop out the old filament bulb and put in the new LED, takes about 5 minutes per side.

Sound definitely changed. That's the main reason to install one of these things. It's actually quieter, unless, of course, you're flooring it.

Dry filter. I have no idea if it works in severe dusty conditions. However, I bought a cover for my filter which is designed to keep large particles and water from penetrating the filter.
