A/C blower fan wont turn off

Any ideas on this air come out on off position

Not sure but i have something similar when driving i get a small breaze coming through the vents, even when the fan is off. Parked i get nothing

 

It appears that your fresh air vent may be stuck open. To confirm this theory, when you're fully stopped you shouldn't feel any air coming out.

 

Even went aim park the air comes out with nice flow like is a low position .

 

1. Check the vent in OFF position with ignition key turned on and off. Any difference in flow and sound? If not, it is just air blown by the wind.
If you see the flow with the key turned on (and you will hear the sound of the motor) than your blower switch knob is off. The blower switch has five possible positions: OFF - Low - MedLow - Med - High. If your knob has only 4 positions (like you shown on the video: OFF - Lo - Med -High) than the knob is off and really what you have is Low-MedLow-Med-High. In other words, you don't have Off.

 

Off postion now and went i turn the switch on i do hear the motor go on an the flow coming out so is it my fan switch ? That not working ?

 

Found the problem is was glue on u got to be shitting me who would glue it and not feel the air ... fix guys

Do you mean turn the Ignition On? If in fan switch position Off the blower motor is turning that is bad blower switch (something cracked in it maybe?) You should feel 5 distinct positions on blower switch (distinct stop when knob points at each dot and symbol). If it does not, it's bad.

Hello i am having same issue

 

Check the knot on the fan my was off by one position . Check line #7

 

When the last owner broke the switch it was not quite lined up when the knob was glued on.

Better it worked then no fan at all at least to me.

I seldom shut mine off I would have never noticed.

 

I took
Knob out dont seem to see any glue and i applied bit pressure towards off but no luck
