    Somewhere between 5-10 minutes. I had just done my grocery shopping and I got a takeout box from the breakfast bar. I sat down in my car and ate my breakfast waiting for him. When he came out he saw me glaring at him and I got the "Sorry I juts ran in for a minute" look from him. Dumbass even left his mail on his passenger seat so I took a picture of that too so I had his name and address in case he scratched my car. He was obviously uncomfortable while I was watching like a hawk to see if he hit my car.

    Right as I was finishing up my breakfast a cop pulled into the lot, I was about to flag him down to see what he could do.

    Worst part was there were other spaces within a stones throw, not like this was the only space around.

    I would post the picture but to gruesome seen a car on the highway hit the guard rail and flipped it 3 times. BTW it's sleeting and snowing bad here

    this one I used a "loud voice" and announced some degrading comments about parking and blocking a sidewalk. all while they had the window down and sitting there. no f***s given. privilege has its benefits apparently
