It's less Tacoma and more mod

Of course it's a third gen haha, at $1500 he would have been well on his way to funding a link system that would way out perform leafs haha. Or just bought leafs that were designed to perform for his truck. The 63/64s make sense at the price point they're intended to be done at, are there seriously others that have put 1.5k or more into them?

you need to do more reading on spring and LT setups if you haven't heard of E30s. A far superior spring. Or H70s. F67s won't hold any weight. I mean like..NONE. Not even spare tires.

If you don't want lift then why did you get 63s? Just buy some OEM leafs or go for Wheelers 4 packs.

If you make the 63s with no lift, they also won't hold weight.

Again, the geometry will be horrendous if you do SUA with 63s, please don't do that.

SOA, yeah go for it. I don't think its an ideal setup at all personally if you are into go fast stuff at all. But whatever.

Nice. Had the same one going on a few years now, no complaints! Was considering getting one for the passenger side too one of these days.

Installed kobalt toolbox (ignore rusty bed, if you have a recommendation of liner lmk that's my next project), waterport, billet aluminum rear window latch pivots, and some ghetto Velcro to keep windows from opening constantly cheers! 20180319_204835.jpg 20180319_204958.jpg 20180319_205439.jpg 20180319_205622.jpg

that moment when your drunk and you think Monte is talking shit cause you googled "E30 leaf springs" and it's for a BMW 325i. Then you reword it and Google finds what Monte meant....... Sorry for doubting you Monte lol what would you prefer the H70 or E30 for a LT overland rig. Not planning on jumps just want the travel and comfort really

Where did you get this sub? Also, what type of amp do you have to use with this? I currently have all stock and hope to change that soon. I'm a rookie with speaker systems but can do electrical wiring no problem.

Ha! Yeah Monte wasn’t pulling your chain. I started looking to those and was planing on going H70 for my needs. H70 is just a beefed up F67. But I never looked into E30 I seen but never researched it.

If OEM it's Toyota, the bearing itself is probably JTEKT/Koyo.

That is the only thing I dont like about my outback dual. As soon as I get some brackets to attach my hi lift to the bed bars, I think cutting is needed. It is the worst place for a high lift cause it affects clearance up above if your off camber and flirting w rocks. Then too low and its flirting w messing w your clearance angles. Thats my only complaint, been rocking that bumper for a while now and every part of it has saved my truck from serious damge on difficult trails. Looking forward to seeing what you do with/to it. It is a sexy bumper though.

I shipped out the rear diff yesterday and I probably won't see it until sometime next week. I ordered the wheel bearing kit from low range and also ordered the bearing removal tool. That all came out of my bonus check.
