I love the top spec stuff, and I'm definitely not saying it's any less durable. Just that it sucks when expensive shit breaks.
I've run everything from SRAM and Shimano, and some Raceface in the last 5 years from SRAM (XX01 to NX) and Shimano (XTR to SLX) and the difference in performance really is minimal to me. I find the sweet spot for most to be the mid-tier stuff (XT and GX).

BTW, what's the protocol here for listing bike stuff for sale? Is there a thread for that already?

    Good question. 17.5 2016 Remedy 9 available.

    Pike fork
    Fox Float shock
    Reverb seatpost
    Cane Creek 40 headset
    XT brakes
    X1 drive train
Maxxis Ardent 27.5 2.4 running tubeless

Bike has been babied and lives in my apartment. I literally have a hard time finding any scratches on it.

Located in Austin Texas. PM me if you're interested.

I don’t have a compressor but used a co2 inflator when I installed tubeless and it worked like a charm.

That’s actually pretty cool how it lines right up with the one warning line.

I was just trying to find out if Ohlins made 4x4 suspension and found some pictures, but yea they all looked custom and based on the price the Ohlins cartridge forks for my Yamaha R6 they'd be prohibitively expensive. Now if you were making a taco fo SEMA that'd be the way to go

Thanks! I'll try angling the outer racks as you mentioned. I have a hitch rack to carry 4 bikes but I will not be able to use it if my kayaks are overhanging the tailgate down.

Did you set this rack up? I'm curious to see how it works. Good option.

It's about the same with my 1up. Worse when there are multiple bikes on the rack.

It’s useable. All tray racks get in the way.

I haven’t done this, but I’m told the co2 goes in too cold and freezes the goop inside, especially if done while facing down.

Used the inflator to only seat the beads, remove core which deflates with bead seated, then put in sealant and pumped air normally. Worked really well for me since I already had a co2 inflator.

If you are parting out let me know!

Also, a tip for anyone who doesn't know, a weed sprayer from Home Depot can be pressureized to set up tubeless tires very easily!

Thanks for all the tubeless help, everyone. Looks like I should be good with tools and my compressor just showed up yesterday (military move, yay). I still have to get to the LBS and figure out what happened to my tubeless kit that came with the bike.

I have done more riding the past two winters in Spokane with one. They are a blast to ride. Any fat bike will do. I just happen to have a Suzi Q to go with my RM Element 70
