Seriously. The staff views you guys as not able to follow basic rules. If things get out of line, and no one can follow rules, what do you think is gonna happen?

THing is.......Just bcause you guys post in here, it doesn't make it your own little bar that only you guys have access too. Everyone sees it. And because its as active as it is, its almost always on the front page. You guys know better than to go into other threads and stir shit up. For sale adds are not to be messed with. Regardless of how outlandish they are. Sometimes sarcasm can be misinterpreted in text, and instead of coming out guns blazing, if questioned, we should be more relaxed about it, and more accurately convey the intent. Mind....I'm just as guilty. Look at my outburst on Sh-yawn. I was out of line.......kinda.........stings to admit it...........burns actually.........

Its not that we can't fallow rules, it's that we play hard and we let of more steam than most. If the staff needs to regulate, then they need to do what they have to and then let us let off that steam. We need to vent and air it out. However, a few of them feel they have to stay in here and justify everything and keep poking the bear. If they believe they did they right thing, than they only need to answer to Lord Bob. They don't need to be in here trying to justify themselves.

It's one of the major things about leading people and managing them. They will have a reaction to any discipline, either you let them have it, or try to compress it and it will reach critical pressure.

We have tried and tried to explain this to most of them, they just don't get it. Why would we be happy about a ban? Even if justified? It's not human nature. We will get over it a lot quicker if they just let us process it in our own way.

Also, the couple of them that like to brag abut it, rub it in... Tell them to do their job but don't post in here about it.

We love TW, tons of info, great people. However, we all do enough outside of TW together, we don't need TW. Almost all the technical stuff is available without logging in. So there is nothing to hold over us.

I think those are simple things to ask for, they aren't demands, they are a request of respect.

Thanks guys. The owners are in Fl for his wife's fathers funeral. I was taking my morning shit and all the sudden someone is slamming on my front door. Turns out it's the neighbor who's watching him in the morning and she went over there and he collapsed and was barley breathing. I took him to the vet. 8 hours later was told even if we spent all the money in the world and had operations and everything he has about a 6-12 month life span with limited activity. This dog is super, super active and I talked to the owners. They said they trust my decision on this sine they couldn't be here to see him or anything. He had a price cap on his dog, I didn't have a price cap for his dog and would of spent anything it would of cost to know he'd be ok. It wasn't ok. He's gone.

    I feel like shit.

Jesus, we were talking about those at Jerry's place like, what, over a year ago!

@Aw9d really hard place to be pulled into. Making that decision for your own pets is hard enough. I always have to remind myself that in the natural order of life, these creatures wouldn't typically live over a decade, so anything beyond that is bonus time. Still doesn't make it easy to make that decision for anyone.

You did what you could, don't feel bad about that part. Any dog would lucky to have an owner like you let alone a neighbor that cares so much. You were just telling us how close you and the neighbors are, I am sure its a tough day, hang in there

Might take you up on that offer. The owners have a specific place for cremation and we can't get the emergency vet to transport him. So we are having to go pick him up and transport him ourselves. I'm going to need a drink after this for sure.

This is Buster sitting up and his sister Zoey.

Wowza, not fun at all man. My boxer is starting to get up there in her years, and i fear the very moment you're going through with the unexpected bad health. Couldnt imagine having to choose for a neighbor who is gone dealing with other sad times already..... Props to you for being as willing and upstanding as you are. I guarantee your friends are overwhelmed with your help.
