I don't add potatoes or anything starchy...maybe grilled onions, salsa. Mostly protein.

When I took the last supervisor position I gained a bunch. Still working that down. If I can drop back to 220 and hold I'll be happy. I've dropped it before, just need to do it right and keep it off.

Back in AK ... about 4 inches of crusted over snow on the driveway.

Got home a little past midnight. Wife went to work at 4AM ... she’s much tougher than I.

Happy Spring me arse. It is snowing. Supposed to snow until at least 4:30. Maybe it is time for a liquid lunch instead and I sure as hell don't mean coffee.

I like a cigar with espresso or very dark roast. Got a couple beers the other night with dinner, Cigar City was the brewer and the beer was a Maduro ale

 

nope no coffee needed , just drink a 32oz Mtn Dew followed by a 24oz Monster Energy drink . That'll keep ya going at full power for hrs !!!

Yeah I try to avoid the starches too, hard to do with an Italian sausage, onions and peppers though it seems to beg for bread or pasta

Pretty darn good! So time to eat leftovers. Wanted to avoid the starches, not overcook it as I warmed it up, and add even more flavor. Like the cow had been dragged through the garden. Parsley, cilantro, avocado, green onion, garlic, sour cream, olive oil and mission accomplished. Wish I would have heated up more now.
