    Which trail did you go on? I know the main camping trail is pretty tame, but you get to others like Jeep Eater and it can get pretty hairy.

    I thought it was faster to get Peacock Flats permit in-person, and took about 7-10 Days online. In-person, you’d get it the same day at the DLNR office on Punchbowl St. Just drop about $0.25 or $0.50 in the parking meter.

    Edit, congrats on the sliders!!!

    Edit 2, overnight camping permits are instant, but come at a cost. And if you make any changes, there is an admin service fee.

    I know what you mean man! I've been on the midshift so I haven't been able to drive down and get the last little bit of primer I need to finish it. Going to try and stop by Napa on the way home in the morning. Like you said, always last minute shit.

    Anyone know what the weather is supposed to be up there? I've heard from a couple people that it's supposed to drizzle on Friday, but come down pretty hard on Saturday. Wife and I are trying to plan around this, especially since I don't have my good tires in yet.
