I have wanted to do this for a long time, not sure if they will do the job when the time comes, but hopefully it will keep my windscreen safe during future outings.

I always wondered why some folks tied the rack to the bumper, I get it now. Although can't say I've ever been hit where that would have deflected it. Always those damn little pebbles.

My custom Deaver expos and also the front ADS coils are starting to sag a bit on the driver side. Between the driver, fuel, plate bumpers, oversize battery, winch, and HD alternator the driver side must be quite a bit heavier. Deaver said I can rotate the leafs but I'm not sure yet if the coils can be swapped L/R. In the future I would probably go with a stiffer coil in the front after adding all that weight. At highway speeds I can hit the front bump stops on a dip.

What spring rate for the front? 650s are like right in the pocket for the front of my truck but I have a 4cyl and synthetic winch cable too so I could see maybe needing heavy springs like 700s to hold a tall lift if that's what I was after on a V6 truck or a truck with heavy cable.

I can't find now where I specified the spring rate. My memory is telling me that 650 was a bit higher than the default and I didn't ask for it. I'm looking for a photo of the stamp on the spring.

If i like it it will. But right now the latch on the rear door hits my table on the swingout on Frank. So rather then mod my rear bumper Im going to go spend a night or two in the wildernest to find out if I want to even use it.

ADS comes with 650lb springs standard.

Id just crank the driver side a turn more then the passenger.

If your hitting bumps though on the highway you might need more front end lift anyways.

We used PVC on our MRAP's to keep low hanging wires from catching things...

This, that, & the other thing
Those are different travel length shocks, so they would be different. The overall height, if extended, is similar.

Considering that no piece of fiberglass is perfect, they fit pretty good. Very minor trimming and it fit flush. Super happy with them. Just wish they were 4.5 and not 3. I plan to get some 4.5 on it down the road.
