Haha. I didn't read through all the posts, maybe just about the first five or so. I asked how it hasn't been locked because I was sure someone would have come in here and blown it up by now.

 

A few close calls- but it lives for now...

 

oh i mean, im sure my benefits get paid for some how. i just work for a really good construction company, but its not sucked out of my check nor do i pay a monthly fee. alot of nice perks! i dont complain about anything, i just keep it moving!, i dont try to be a prick, or fight with u guys, im a chill dude, i just see it as life isnt fair. ha i hate alot of things. but talking about it wont do shit, and i dont have enough time to go out and fight things. hopefully i dont pay for it down the line ha. im sure you dont pay for my medical, i do. my companies really good!

They should just consider illegal immigration as an act of federal tresspassing on government lands and inact use of deadly force it would save the country millions of dollars

 

I understand that... I was only clarifying that the AF does post deadly force is authorized on all AF installations, all you have to do is youtube Luke AFB gate runner shooting and you will see that Security Forces can and will engage personnel illegally entering the installation. AFtaco was just making the point that the border should be posted deadly force is authorized... and yes I know it would never happen at the border and yes I know it would not solve the AZ problem.

Also let me add that AZ recently enacted the Castle law... do in large part to the home invasions directly tied to illegal immigrant drug cartels operating in AZ, The castle law allows you the AZ citizen the right to use deadly force to protect yourself, family, domicile. and you are presumed to be using self defense... it is the burden of the prosecutors that your life was not in danger. Bottomline is you shoot then ask questions in or on your property.

The Arizona law mirrors the federal one. All of the noise looks good in Pravda, so the politicians are using it to the max. If you are in the country illegally, you are breaking the law. If you are breaking this law, what is there to prove to me that you are not willing to break other laws to get what you want? If you want to come into my country, fine - just do it the legal way is all I ask.

 

Yeah I mentioned it earlier in my post, & that subject bugs me more than the illegal immigrant/profiling issue. These Godless ,spineless fucks that just want to candy coat & pacify every fucking insecure pisser & moaner ( No matter what race) are a kick in the face to any American ,living or deceased, that ever went to war to defend this country, my Dad (Korea) My uncles (WWII ) My Grandfather ( WWI ) & my younger uncles & cousins ( Vietnam) & to make a correction, the U.S. DID NOT ANNEX Mexico or the land it occupied, there was a dispute, there was a conflict, the U.S. won, Mexico lost, but it was the Hildago land purchase ( thats right , it wasn't stolen , it was sold to us by a Mexican National= Hildago, we bought it so if they have an issue with that then they need to go dig the fucker up & dust him off & take to point the one who "sold them out" if thats how ya feel. .... I revert to my earlier post, I've no issues with someone seeking a better life. I take issue with cheating the system and subverting the Republic, and the federal governments lack of appropriate response. I emailed my congressmen yesterday and urged action on a SECURE southern border (I.E.-the Isreali option = one big damn wall, sensors and MANPOWER with the freeedom to enforce it) and action against incursions into U.S. territory by cartels. If suspending Posse Comitatus is whats needed, then so be it. I'll gladly throw my uniform back on and stand with my brothers adn sisters down there. The time for niceties are past. This is America, not latin america, not europe or china. We are the melting pot. assimilate or gtfo.

 

I can't say I have an 'educated' oppinion on this matter considering I just jumped in this thread and just briefly read about the law.

I was born in Canada. Luckily for me, my parents did everything they had to do in order to make me a 'legal' citizen. It wasn't until I was about 20 years old (or something like that), that I applied for Naturalization, and passed.

I'm somewhat tossed back-n-forth on this subject.

Although it might be really tough....there are proper channels to take in order to become a legal citizen. Other than that - you don't belong here. PERIOD.

The fact that illegal immigrants are taking jobs away from Americans - is sadning. HOWEVER - the fact that some of our own Americans can't get off their asses to get a job and work is also sadning. Those illegal immigrants have the passion to work and they bust their asses.

If the system somehow miraculously got rid of all the illegal immigrants freeing up tons of jobs for Americans.....then perhaps the system could crack down on the lazy ass people in America and force them to get jobs and NOT collect welfare/unemployment.

It's an endless circle..... And ironically, businesses & companies who hire illegal immigrants are saving themselves money by not paying them as much. Which isn't any different than farming out work to foreign countries for less - only closer to home.

 

Illegal immigrants are illegal....they need to be sent back to wherever they came from. Legal citizens shouldn't get pissed off that a cop asked them to identify themselves. Seriously....we need to stop caring about everyone's feelings...fuck being politically correct.

 

Alot of Lazy Ass Americans lost thier jobs because instead of Paying a Lazy Ass American a decent wage with decent Benefits they could hire an illegal at half the cost with no benefits who ships most of his money back to Mexico,whilst the lazy ass American now has to collect unemployment or compete with million illegals for minial jobs,the Lazy Ass American has become the Minority in his own country,also the Lazy Ass American played by the rules only to be undermined by the Liberal politicians who dont stop the influx of undocumented workers into this country,and lost his/her jobs to them. Alot of LEGAL Immigrants AKA Lazy Ass Americans built this country and playedby the Rules to give give us this great country we live in today,as you can see I take offense to anybody calling Americans Lazy Asses cause that would be sterotyping and thats Rascist.
