    Possibility depending on date. I can meet you all for a day of wheeling and probably go rock climbing (with my hands) the rest of the weekend ['The Red' is some of the best bouldering/rope climbing on the East Coast].

    I met him when I worked for Honda. He did the shocks for the mx team when they were riding 1st generation Elsinore's.

    He still ran the suspension business but got really ramped up in the clothing/gear part.

    Most of the trails in Sheltowee Trace area are mountain bike or single track dirt bike trails....that OHV map is hard to decifre....

    Jeff (Geoff once he got rich) started it all....One of his sons runs the gear business now. Not sure who control what now....been away from the bike end (where it all started) since the early 90's....

    Gotcha. It's pretty funny that he was working supension for Honda. They must have pissed him off somehow, since the whole story of the Fox brand was him and his brother trying to beat the Jap brands at MX and get US brands some credibility.

    Fox and White Bros were chasing the dollars. They built shocks and engine parts for every brand. By the mid 70's there was no American presence in motocross from a manufacturers standpoint. Husqvarna and Penton (later became KTM) were fading fast. It was get on board with the big 4 Japanese or get out.

    A guy by the name of Mitch Peyton stole everyones thunder when he started PRO CIRCUIT. At that point, much of Fox's attention went to pavement racers and stuff on 4 wheels.

    Ripped off all four mudflaps. Scratches all down both sides 6112’s up front on 3rd notch 5100’s in back with Toytech 1” block Skids & sliders from SOS Concepts I got rid of the 1” block and put on Wheelers 1 1/2” progressive AAL. SPC UCA. Be sure your standing on the drivers side when reading the instructions! I swapped sides so many times that I can swap UCA’s in 15 minutes. I put in the 3/4” spacer to eliminate the Taco Lean, and just got my 4th alignment. Traded the OEM rims for 17” Sport rims and a bora bora 1” spacer. I got my Firestone 285/70/17 MT2’s. Pelfreybilt gas tank skid and hi-lift jack should be here Friday. Looking at bumpers, but I think they will wait for next year. So far I’m happy with my build. I’ve done it all myself, leading to a lot of cussing and frustration, but it’s all mine.
    Any of the dates will work for me.
    Ordered my straps and shackles. Thanks for the reminder on the recovery gear. I kinda lost it when I found I couldn’t make it to LBL. I also ordered a oem replacement recovery point from SOS, but they’re taking their time getting it to me.
