    I’m 6’1, 181lbs and my tdee is like 3500ish. I’m at 4100cals a Day right now and putting on about a pound a week.

    You’re good man. Your tdee does seem low though, but if that’s what it’s spitting out, I’d give it a shot and see how your body changes

    According to a recent hydro test I did my RMR is 2094. I stay around neutral weight at around 2500 cals and that's working out 5 days a week... My metabolism must be shit :rofl: or my workouts suck :anonymous::D.

    6'2" 195 lbs 18.3% BF as of Feb 7th.

    My TDEE is about 3500 too (cutting 2lbs a week at 2500-2800)

    These 6 foot plus guys gotta be at higher TDEEs than us.

    It’s going down currently. I had to bulk quickly for my meet in Feb. and went from about 13% to 18% bc I was consuming a ton of fat. I’ve lowered my fat and have about 9 weeks to bring it back down slowly before the next meet. After that I’ll cut more seriously for the wedding/honeymoon...

    In the meantime I still got abs tho :drevil:

    I am 6'1" at 230 pounds 13% BF and I am only 3600 TDEE. I usually eat about 4k a day to gain about 1 pound a month. Anymore than that and it's mainly fat.

    If you can find a non-chain gym that would be better. Local gyms are the best and the people who go there are usually more friendly. For a newb that would be beneficial in getting started. Some of them can be pricey though...

    Looking at colleges yet? College gyms are usually pretty good too. I know @Kerleyfries enjoys the UT gym on campus. I wish I was a gym rat when I was in school, they had a really nice facility that I rarely took advantage of...

    Thats surprizing. How often do you lift?

    Its funny how different people are. My bean pole husband is 6’ my guess is he maybe weighs 190 soaking wet... holding 5lb dumbells.
    He has to eat like 5000+ per day to gain.
    He’s pretty much giving up lol

    So I guess its better to have a lower TDEE than higher. I’d hate to have to eat that much. Thats like a fucking part time job lol
