CSF All Aluminum Performance Radiator For our trucks FINALLY!!!

So this may chap your ass if you’ve ordered a CSF radiator.......look what I found on eBay!!!

 

Stock replacement

 

Ah ok. So it’s not over sized like the ones we got?

 

Judging by the title and it leads me to believe so. They do make a lot of stock replacement radiators, but they are pretty close to the oem setup with the plastic end bits and what not. A few months back I almost bought an 05 tundra radiator through them to see if it would fit in our trucks. It’s about twice as thick as our radiators, probably around the same size as the heavy duty one we are buying in this thread.

Damn dude! You had me double checking that for a minute. Good call on id'ing that Murph! Yes, stock replacement with plastic end caps and similar to stock capacity I would imagine.
$349 is the MAP price on OUR radiator so if anyone attempted to sell it cheaper would be cutoff from CSF.

 

That would be bad news I would think. Close to 150 the truck still thinks its in warmup mode. There are a lot of 4.0L engine'd cases where people who start to get failing thermostats start to see low temps like that which results in the truck dumping fuel and bad MPG. There is NOTHING wrong with 196...200...205 degrees on your scangauge, ect. If a truck is struggling to keep below 200, or likely 210 with a stock 180 stat, then its usually another issue...fan, dirt, ect.

I have not. I meant to call URD today but did not. All I got from URD right away was that they received my order and took my money. Who knows this thing just may show up to my door tomorrow.

 

Can confirm have not heard anything on mine shipping yet. Fingers crossed maybe the free shipping doesnt give a tracking #?

 

Sorry guys, I don't know how the shipping thing works. Earlier this week CSF said they should ship out by the end of the week but I was unable to get ahold of them today.
The latest I heard they are now sold out until June so I was trying to see who was the last on OUR list to be included in this batch. As far as I know, and don't quote me on it is that all 8 URD orders will be filled in this batch and future orders will be filled in June timeframe.
Sorry I don't have more concrete info.

 

Ill buy one at some point this summer. Doesnt get hot enough here to make a must have...yet.

Not yet, I left a message and will try to call again later if I haven't heard anything.

 

On a side note for the supercharged guys looking for more cooling, I talked to Ken and he said they are looking into making a larger intercooler for our trucks. I am liking where this is going!
