I like the Pro grilles from a distance. Walking up every time and seeing how far it sticks out bothers me. If it sat flush. . .

I actually like the cheese grater grille when it is derped. That's my plan and I'm sticking to it.

Until I go mesh this was cheap and easy:

    That looks great.

I like mesh on just about anything else, but the size of the grille on the Taco needs something to break it up. Just my opinion. The horizontal bars on the cheese grater do a good job at that. Although, I wonder what the these grilles would look like with some black mesh on the back side?

I wonder the same thing. You can always paint the bezel to match the truck and then the grill area will look smaller. I like the ones with the lights in them too. Or that one that has the text cutout with backlighting. That is really nice.

Not so much the outer bezel, just the huge area in the middle section that makes it look big? I think the one mesh grille that I liked has caused a couple of the surrounds to crack. That'd be my luck.

Alright doll-face, c'mon and bore me!
Yeah, I know. I'm replying to a couple year old post...

I just ran across that "cargo management system" thing today and it looks pretty clever (bottom flips up for carrying long item, like lumber). I was wondering, from those who have one, if it could possibly be modified to work with the factory bed rails rather than the Roll-N-Lock cover.

    Anyone know?

Nice work! I think modding the console to open with a hinge along the passenger side would make access easier.

Getting rid of the rest of the chrome helps even more, but I just don't know. If it came with the truck, I would be okay with it but not something that I'd pay for? Just thinking about my own Taco.
