I come down to the front range a few minutes late...

What looked to be an old cavalier was headed wb on 70 over colfax with at least 40 police cars with their lights on and another 10 with lights off.

OJ happen to be in town?

Looks like it's the chooch who shot a police officer and escaped the other day.

Can anyone recommend a shop in FC or Loveland that sprays fluid film undercarriage?

That really isn't a thing yet in Colorado, you might try and get a bunch of spray cans and do it yourself or ask a shop next time you take it in for an oil change.

Nothing on the news so.... Not sure, i just guessed it was him due to the massive tail he had. But yeah, if it was him, hopefully he earned himself at least 45 rounds and will miss the rest of his court dates.

Thanks, I’ll ask around. Probably will just do it myself here and there in key areas.

Because that's where all pipes are usually installed? :notsure:

I noticed a soft spot by the corner of the tub a couple weeks back and pulling up the grout seam revealed some very soaked plywood.
And a very tight spot to work in.
Crawling under the house, I saw this..
That is the toilet vent pipe, inside the wall, notice the wet spot. I was hoping the supply line would have been next to it, no dice.
Under the tub was dry as a bone, and I found the supply line for the toilet running through the wall.
Cell phones are awesome for taking pics of stuff you can't get your head to.
The pic shows that the line is not leaking directly behind the tub, there is moisture that has been creeping along the bottom of the stud, but not across the top.
So hoping the slow leak is between the tub and toilet.
That shit laying at the bottom of the floor is crap I tossed in there during the bathroom remodel over a decade ago, or rather didn't remove to throw it away. It ain't hurting nothing and is not a result of the leak.

If pipes look good, I'm guessing it's just water sloshing over the tub/toilet and settling in that corner and seeping through grout or under base? Give her a good caulking!

Fortunately, the other side of that wall is my office and the desk is in front of the section.
I'd rather move the desk and cut that wall with easy working space then deal with the tile and close quarters between the shitter and tub.
Pics to follow, hope it's not leaking/dripping down the vent pipe from the new roof being installed. That is also a possibility...
