I need to redo mine as well but I will be reusing the Duplicolor Bed Coating. I've had very good luck with it!

 

There’s actually a saline type solution you can get at any pet store or even tractor supply that helps a lot. You basically squirt a little into their ear then massage their ear for a couple seconds and then just wipe the inside of their ear. IIRC it’s not very expensive maybe like $10-15

That is the challenge ...I've had dogs that...your not touching my ears with that crapp..

 

My girl doesn't like the solution going in, but loves the massaging part. She mlean into it haha

 

There's several homebrew solutions depending on what type of ear infection.
Careful with vinegar as it can painful for the animal.

 

Morning y'all! I drove into the office since Littleton is supposed to get less snow than Somerville. I'll probably leave early and do a half day from home since Somerville declared a snow emergency starting at 3pm. Let's hope I can find a parking spot in my lot!

 

That's a good point! On the other hand, Line-X has a lifetime warranty. So if I bring it back supposedly they would re-paint it for free. Not at all as quick as just spray painting it myself though, but I'd like to think it's harder to scratch off than paint.

Good points! I also want to ask the shop if they'd be able to only Line-X the top half, and then I can spray paint the lower half myself. The more options the better!

 

Hahha I never said she liked it that’s for sure. She knows the bottle and goes running so I have to distract her with food. Then after I clean her ears she usually gives me the cold shoulder for a few hours

Never tried a home brew method but I’m no learnin doctor so I just stick to the store bought stuff haha

2 layers of Rustoleum Self Etching Primer
4 layers of duplicolor bedcoating
touchup as needed

I just chipped the front bumper paint off finally using it to push a scrapped car shell out of the shop..

 

I don't drive it in the winter, but I think we've all seen me get stuck or send it wheeling haha

 

I've casually put a nice scrape in my slider without much effort that took some metal with it. Plus its a lot to have to take the sliders off and on every time you need a touch up
