just flashed mine a hour ago and I’m on Grapplers 285/70/17 and I never thought I’d see the day when I could make them squeal!!! I don’t know man so far 20 miles city and about 2 on the interstate it’s got the power across the board

that's what it did for me the first time... took a drive and didn't notice any difference, so I re-loaded it.. took about 2 min... and definite difference... if the throttle input isn't noticeable then the tune didn't load

 

My bad that was supposed to go to @WetcoasttacO big difference in low end and I can actually coast when I let off the throttle

 

Was your traction control off? Also, do you mean 22mpg on the interstate?

I’m wondering if I’m noticing the tranny flash and the ecu didn’t load I will try again!!

 

It does feel better but when I take off and mat it there is definitely no squeal unless I’m turning hard

 

ECU flash take about 4 minutes
TCU flush is much shorter, maybe about 1-1/2 min

 

My bad that was miles driven.. My wife's a teacher I should know to proof read but my southern slang confuses folks at times. Yeah I was turning right and had them talking with traction on and didn't hear that awful groan. I tried punching everywhere from stops, interstate speeds, you name it I was trying to race it. Felt like a new truck ( like when I bought wife's exploader the difference from base v6 to the sport 3.5 ecoboost was like Cutler to T Brady. Went and found some non ethanol 93 for 3.19 gal and saw almost 20 mpg driving hard home. Never saw over 16 pre tune and running 65+ at 1900 rpm holding gear is superb. I guess it's time to invest in a stage 2 or 3 now because after tonight she ain't going nowhere and in 4 my son will get a high milage taco for his sweet 16th. Let me get her off road tomorrow and I'll get a full review on that one page dude set up. ( Note : something I'm gonna watch tomorrow is 2nd to 3rd shift rpm dropped a little than expected and reverse is a little touchy. I tried to reflash both and now neither the tranny or the ecu will load!!! I click yes on the checksums then ok on the battery voltage and it starts doing its thing and the window just disappears or it says ecu reprogramming failed

 

Did you identify and are u 04B03? Heck maybe try and flash back to stock and see if you tell difference. Then I'd delete Toyota flash and reload it all back up and try. I'm definitely not your IT man but you'll get done.

 

make sure the truck is ON but not accessory and engine is off or you'll get the failed error (ask me how I know)

also, my truck is on stock tires, and I can't squeal the tires unless I'm turning and floor it. from a stop, going straight, it's just a straight launch (haven't tried without traction control) which is fine, don't want to squeal the tires anyways. the launch will throw you back though.

I take my last post back about not being happy with the power, the ecu did not flash but the tranny did so the truck felt odd but redid it with the help of @OVTune and I’m very happy with the way the truck feels now
