Thats my plan as well. But just live in the camper till house is put up. Dont have to be single to do that.

 

That’s a pretty good spot. Quick access to the interstate and right by a grocery store.

I go near this property daily. That’s how I go into weatherly except I cut in front of publix if you know the area.

I would consider it commercial land. So I would design the shop as so as well. Lots of shop doors that are high for any type of truck. Cheap camper inside though.

Maybe design living quarters similar to how a small office would be. I’m looking into how I could flip this if I end up disliking my idea lol

It’s just easier to live in a camper being single, or well dating. Having camper in shop makes insurance cheaper too lol.

One I use is a 4000 psi 15 hp Kohler engined beast. It was $1300. That one is cheap he’s showing you. Looks like a really good one too.

I get you but I’d rather save for something nice.

My only thing I’d say that would be a must have is the cat pump. Because as stated earlier it can be repaired and others cannot.

You can repair the motor on any pressure washer but if a cheap ones water pump goes out it’s garbage

 

I hear ya...I'll just have to weigh my options. Just physically hurts to think about that much money for a strong water hose lol

 

I’ve had three water hoses break with our pressure washer. It’s only 2400 psi

 

Pressure wash some driveways in the neighborhood you can make a good chunk of it back.
