I’m on the same page with @dan0mite on this. It will be me and my wife, we are smoking 3-4 full racks of ribs on the Orion cooker. I have no issues with kicking in on Pat either.
    :spending: :hungry:
Are we showing up Saturday morning or can we arrive Friday and camp out for the weekend?
What was decided on a pisser since ladies will be there and all  :D I’m sure they lock the place up at night. Everyone always forgets about the little things! :anonymous:

Arrive early Friday for camp out.

I emailed Bryan (the owner) about this. He was busy brewing last night so he said he can talk to me about it today. I suggested a porty potty.

Not ideal but they have seats that mount to 5 gallon buckets. I am getting one for my daughter when we go camping.

There is still plenty of time to work out the details.

I think this needs to be brought up as well. We wouldn't want guys who have been drinking all day to have to drive home while intoxicated. Give them a night to sober up before taking to the wheel.

Absolutely we'll be camping Saturday night.

Yep, I made the comment on the front page about this. We need to be respectful and responsible. We wouldn't want to ruin the Tacoma community reputation...wouldn't want to be in the same category as heeps.

If they provide a prota potty we should think about helping with that cost. It seems like they are being very accommodating and very welcoming. Also share the food goodies with their employees.

With all the food and planning happening a good way the Hammock groups have used to keep things straight is to use a Google Spreadsheet that everyone can edit and add:
Name, accompanying people, meal contributions, etc

I'll chip in on the pig too.. but I'll still make some kind of side or desert or something. I can make some killer baked beans as long as there's a way to heat them up.

I could also make up a google form to "register" for the event. Everything that gets entered gets saved to a spreadsheet.

Hmm, looks like I would have to invite everyone individually by name or email. Unless @Sandman614 knows differently.

Responses get added to a spreadsheet that the form owner/whomever he gives editing rights to has access to. Which can then by added to the OP.
