Custom fab tire carrier for tow hitch?

    Has anyone made custom swing out tire carrier for a tow hitch? Maybe also with Jerry can holder or rotopax? I’m looking to make one. Just trying to get some ideas.

    Not a lot people use a solution like that because if you're doing the kind of off roading that requires you to move your spare tire, having your hitch still in place (and now sticking out even more) isn't going to help anything.

    Yeah that’s the downfall of this. I plan on building out my bed of my truck to sleep in and some storage. That spare will be taking up a lot of room in there. Or maybe RTT? To solve the problem LOL

    Why not just keep the spare in the factory location? You can fit a 33 under there with a little grinding.
