    I can't see why it wouldn't.

    These rails are about 3/8" lower than the factory rails. Will that effect your cover?

    Anyone else having issues with the paint on these flaking off EVERYWHERE? I have had them installed for 3 months and both rails have paint failure on multiple spots, both top and bottom... Not impressed with the paint quality, and now I have to get them re-coated. Would consider swapping for aluminum if they become available.
