Go with whatever the manufacture of the arm sold it with. For example TC sells thiers arms with their special shaped High misalignment spacers. Which are totally different to yours. Either from arm manufacture, or nexgen offroad or kartek.

Ouch. You running limit straps? If not then I would highly recommend adding them to limit the risk of this happening

It wasn't done by down drop. Polyurethane bump stops too soft. Up travel was the cause.
    I do have limit straps.

The steering rack is the next weakest link after the alignment cams.

I noticed it once I got home. Good thing it just bent. I've broken the bolt before, in part because the misalignmet spacers where shit.

Shortened to 2" and 100psi. Now to clean them up, and lube them up before getting them back in.

    IMG_2092.jpg

So antiseize on them or waterproof grease before reinstalling?

 That's what I happen to have in the garage. And I think that's what was suggested earlier. Just had the thought of grease as a possible alternative.

It looks like you’re rubbing your upper misalignment spacer on the uniball cup as well.
Definitely going to want to adjust your straps from the looks of it

If the rubbing is where you circled, wouldn’t that be from up-travel also?

It is from up travel. Once I install the new ones I'll double check the straps either way.

    Yes
Generally that happens when the bolt comes loose, if it is just a hair loose it allows the misalignment to wiggle and then the leverage on the bolt begins. My last kit I had to check that bolt frequently, my Solo kit came with mechanical lock nuts which although I hate the damn things they do not back off...at all.
