Ya middle is best. One thing is if you'reyou is really small they might not properly fit in a convertible seat. We initially had the recaro convertible when our daughter was born but she was too small and we had to get the bucket infant seat to fit her.

yeah the "Latch" attachment is a little difficult to get it but its pretty slick. I have just a set of canvas seat covers so should be ok, but do have a pet hammock I leave in that the buckle openings don't quite line up with the Taco seats.. I'll just play around with it then

We've got a 5th gen T4R. It's got tons of space, front seats can still sit comfortable, can recline some ( we are both 5'-6" tall so take that into account). Also it rides really nice and gets decent mpg for a brick on wheels.

yeah I heard those seats run big. This one is pretty good though, lots of padding and adjustability. Only trouble we have is getting him buckled in, doesn't quite fit in the harness yet

Just like tacos they don't lose their damn value so it almost doesn't make sense to buy used.

Always seems to be the case till I try to trade it in and the dealer does the low ball ass move. I found a nice 2016 4runner but the dealer was literally asking the sticker price off a brand new one even pointed it out and he kind of just shrugged.

You can only use the latch attachments when seat is in one of the out board locations. Has to do with the angle the anchors are at or something. In the middle you have to use the seat belt to secure the seat

No where near an inch of movement in her car but i may get a pool noodle/towel put in there to help the angle too. Pro tip: I use pool noodles/duct tape to cover sharp edges of the travel trailer when putting the cover on

Cooper Stt isn't going to quiet either or grabbers unless you're going to get the new grabber atx.

And to be fair my FJ is nearing 200k miles so a lot the stuff does need replacement. I just choose to replace with options more suitable for what I want to use my vehicle for.

The click in carrier things are gold when they're infants! They click the whole thing out, right into a frame stroller and the baby never wakes up. It's a beautiful thing!
John, this varies by vehicle. Some vehicles may have latches dedicated to the center seat. I think my F150 does and I'd imagine a CrewMax Tundra would also.

Lol that reminds me I just bought some used wet Oakles off someone of the FJ forum since my driver's seat has the typical driver's seat kidney tear.
200k miles isn't that bad if it's been maintained. I'm second owner and I wheel it when I can, but mostly highest miles. Only things that have needed replacing are maintenance items and shit I've broke doing stupid things. I'd love a newer vehicle, but I also love not having payments and being able to purchase "maintenance" upgrades pretty much whenever I want.
