    Yeah if giving up beer means I could bench 315...



    I’d settle for benching what I bench now hahaha

    I’ve never noticed my alcohol consumption impacting my lifts when I quit.

    I do notice my stroke risk go up though. In my field of work alcohol is necessary.

    Lol unfortunately it's massive in carbs, otherwise I'd do oatmeal. But, the cream of rice has almost 2x the amount of carbs for the same amount of food.
