Ok so I bought some LED Blinker bulbs (Front and Rear) I also bought resistor harnesses to go with both sets. The fronts did not hyperflash. However, the rears did.
My solution was to use the harness well Toyota uses a different plug lock configuration than what is standard for the bulb number (how I ordered the harness). I had just bought the pro tail lights that came with the bulbs and the plugs. I work at a HVAC controls company so fabricating and soldering is not a big deal for me. I cut away some of the material on the extra plug and disassembled the side of the harness I needed and then soldered the harness to the plug and epoxied it to make sure it was secure. I've had them on there for about 5 months and not one problem and no hyperflash.

Damn! The explanation I think sounds more complicated than it really is lol at least I hope.

I am fine with soldering. In fact, I soldered most of my light connections I've done on the truck. Honestly though, it sounds like a pain in the A**! I'd rather go buy some WinJet Tailights and be done and just swap the front signals.
