    So how did you know to put quantity = 2 to get the code to give you 50% off? You wrote that you purchased a rack a couple days ago, now you're buying two more with a code that at some point you must have realized was for a free hat and not a free rack.

    You can come clean... you're just trying to throw a little mud at CBI after they denied you the scheme to flip two of three racks you ordered, right?

    It's a really nice roof rack, and a less than a week turnaround is pretty rare for that rack. You got lucky, even with the scheme getting shut down.

    Its 100% the best looking rack available. Like I have said earlier, this was a post of my experience for others to take how they see fit. Yes i feel slighted a bit, but thats for the individual to decide if they want to deal with this company. I for one doubt I will ever again though.

    I said the same when I ordered from Prinsu before they were CBI. Customer service was poor in the group buy. I love the racks, but wouldn't buy again.

    I recently found a price on rock sliders that seemed to good to be true. I emailed the company about it and they replied with it was an error on their end and they were going to change it to the correct price on the website but because I pointed it out to them they would honor the lower price.

    I manage a small business. Mistakes do happen, humans input the wrong price or forget to add a digit all the time. It does suck for both customer and company. I see your frustration, it is a huge let down. But try to look at it from the other side, it sucks going backward on an expensive product. I sure do appreciate the customers that are understanding and cool, who usually get compensated for their integrity. The guys that throw a fit and make a big deal about it and storm out....well those are usually the types of customers you don't want to have anyways.
