My wife and I are contemplating a Smittybilt Scout trailer. They're a little pricey but not bad compared to other likewise trailers. I have some wheels and tires laying around to use, so I would get the "without wheels and tires" kit. I would need adapters for the wheels since Smittybilt makes these for Jeep wheels. I have some 33's on some 6 lug pattern wheels. That would probably work good behind my 35's on the truck. Later on I would probably match them up to the truck. Anyone here been have one, r wheeled or camped with someone who does? I know they're a little on the heavier side. But my oldest will be at home for a little bit longer and my youngest is only almost 16 so I need a good set up for 4 adult sized peeps and this just seems to be about the best solution. If I made a trailer it would be much more basic and I have no idea how long it would take me to get it done.

Those are cool, but I had to get a full creature comfort one for the wifey, would like an rtt someday for maybe some one off trips but don’t want to pay for a new one. I could just throw a tent and all would be good too

Spotted. We’ve met, several times, but I can’t remember your name.

I have the step bit to get into the frame. We'd at least be able to bolt them on.
