    one of the local WRX guys in the Nova Subaru group (he's got a TON of referrals) and I bought Morimoto butyl sealant... and when I get them back, I'm likely going to put a small bead of silicone around the exterior just to make sure.

    HOA's suck.
    My little brother lived in Phoenix for about 5 or 6 years. He loved it and the weather! Then West coast Florida for a year, hated the weather. Now San Antonio and he loves the weather. It's not that hot.

    My parents are now in NC and it seems nice there. Last week it was in the 60s and Philly was 30s. I would think about Texas and NC for myself. Definitely nothing that's more North than Philly.
