    I'm still salty. I only just started the addiction, then they ban the best source of deals on the net. It's not even the best deals, it's the way that community worked to make sure they were actually deals. I bought ammo right before the end, and never got to thank the guy that sent me that way.

    A subreddit (on Reddit) dedicated to posting sales, deals, coupons, and other such links to retailers offering them. Stuff like $200 mossberg 500's from PSA, $30 AR lowers, 18cpr loaded .223, deals on optics, and literally any other gun related deal. It was banned after a policy change on reddit that many felt either didn't apply to the subreddit, was targeting it, or was simply wrong in the first place. Why the policy was changed is still being debated.

    I learned a ton about guns from r/gundeals. There was almost no political talk. One of the best things was that vendors would regularly post on there and help people out. Vortex Optics was on all the time giving advice and helping customers. It's really a shame it got shut down.
