    I did something similar to that for Halloween one year.

    I dressed up like a scare-crow with a large mask on. Had straw sticking out everywhere to make me look like I was 'stuffed'. I sat in a chair next to the door. You couldn't tell it was a person sitting there.

    They'd walk up to the door and ring the doorbell. I'd simply stand up..and they got sooooooooooooo freaked out!! It was funny!!

    For the little little kids - I took my mask off and gave them candy instead.
