Yes. But aftermarket may be more difficult to remove.

Awesome work. That's an excellent tutorial. I just did the exact same thing for my 18 Tacoma. Install was super simple. I did install the garnish into the grille. No errors. I'm planning to install the C4 Lo Winch bumper next!

He did seem very perplexed when I was like no man 80 not 70. Almost looked like he was having a nervous breakdown

So does the sensor “see” directly through the plastic that the lens is mounted to? When I envisioned the garnish, I thought it would just be a lens that would cover the sensor.

Not an authority for sure ..........But my understanding is that radar is not affected by plastic unless it is painted or has some sort of metallic film or paint attached.

The garnish isn’t optically transparent, but the radar in question can penetrate. It’s there mostly to protect th electronics.

Yeah I don't know what is going on.....I just got this #35170 grille from AMAZON.....Ordered Prime two days ago and it is here and perfect. It cost me $204 more then the #35180 I bought in February from the dealer but I still cannot get. Latest from him is he thinks he will have it Tuesday. If it comes in I'll return this #35170. If not I'm giving up on the dealer and just moving on with this one. $200 isn't going to break me and at least I have the damn thing.
The pics show the garnish from the front and back. Note the two attaching nuts on the back side.

OK so now for what everyone wants to know... I ordered from Beaver Toyota in St Augustine Florida. It was $226 + shipping for the grill and garnish. Now here is the kicker. I called a few places and they took the order and cancelled it a day or so later citing "non Pro owner and national backorder". So what I did was find a hole in the wall dealer with the parts on hand just google the part numbers and start clicking on every dealer. most say "call for availability"... skip those. once I saw Beaver had the parts I ordered on line... at check out it asked for the VIN and I thought it was over.... so a little search for a Pro on autotrader and viola I had a VIN for a Pro. Order placed and deliverd 2 days later. Happy Hunting fellas!

We'll I now have 2 pending orders including the one I placed at Beaver with the same Vin trick. If they both end up going through I'll have an extra to sell for what I paid...we shall see...I've had more orders cancelled than a Trump non disclosure agreement. Will post in this thread if I have an extra
