    I work for a natural gas utility. My job title is Distribution mechanic. What I do varies day to day, so it stays interesting. We do everything from run new gas services, to fixing leaks, to responding to emergencies. When a contractor hits a gas main, and sh*t hits the fan, we roll in like the cavalry. It’s kind of a rush when you drive up, there’s fire trucks and cop cars, and everyone’s waiting for us to save the day. Never gets old.
