Went to some real body shops to for estimates. All were in the same ball park. Cheapest was $1,350 and I’m supplying a door from a parts truck. They have to replace the whole rocker panel. That’s nearly double what I paid for the whole truck :anonymous:

Replace the door yourself and say screw the rocker panel. If it's not alowing the door to close use a big hammer and beat it till the door closes

not that surprised. The rocker panel is a tube of thin sheet metal.

can kind of see it here:

Spacers Are the worst I don't care if your truck is on pavement constantly or you're low on cash. I'll never do another spacer lift. I have 5100s and OME springs now and love it. But on the other end of that.. I also have a Fabtech kit waiting to be put on

I would but I made the mistake of allowing some shade tree POS to work on it and he put a bunch of holes in rocker. I messed up big time by allowing that one but oh well.

Yeah I believe they are cutting it at the pinch weld on the bottom and right inside the door. The piece is about $100 online.

I’m willing to fork out the money so it looks good overall since it’s my daily and I don’t want it to like the beater trail rig that it is.
