Pelfreybilt sells a relocate plate. Actually the camera mount changed between 05-11 to 12-15. Their mount is $20 or something very close

20% or if you pay it off sooner, you can request it.

I forgot I had a FHA, so I tried to request it, and they sent me a letter. I can text you a picture of it. Its 90% or 11 years of ownership.

I want to do the same thing... will you keep me posted on what you find out? I was researching it for a while but got distracted once my truck got delivered last week.

From what i understand, fha changed the rules some years back. When i bought my house in 2012 on an fha loan, the pmi could be removed when you had 80% equity. Not long after i purchased, i read an article that mentioned any future fha loans would have the pmi for the life of the loan. So unless you refinanced you couldnt get out of it.

That's possible. I really only started getting into flipping houses around 2015... the conventional loan is where it goes away after you gain 20% equity (pay off 20% of the house loan)

80% equity like you said is basically the life if the loan! like, throw me a bone here FHA fucks!

No. I bought this mainly for the frequent power outages that plague the mountain top community we live in. Honestly i cant afford a generator thatll be reliably hardwired into our home, so this will save all my expensive meat when power fails.

I dont plan on this home being our "forever" home, so i also wouldnt want to spend the money even if i had it.

Edit: I also have bears in my area. Loads of them. Hence the yeti, and not other brands. My friend has one that has made it through 24 training cycles at robin sage, so i think this will last me a lifetime.
