    It's Fermentation Fridays beer buds!!!!!

    We started out with "Single Foeder Oscar No. 65" from New Belgium. This was our favorite of the evening. Vanilla notes. Sour but smooth.

    Next up was Seizoen Bretta from Lodgson. This was a bit of a bottle bomb. We lost a fair amount when opening, and it had a lot of carbonation. Other than this, it was good, but not great. Nice yeasty aromas and flavors at first. Modestly sour. But it had a weird finish to it that we attributed to the age, which was about four years old.

    Third was a 2015 release of KBS from Founders. This was very enjoyable, but seemed to have a thin body. And at 11.2%, the heat was hot. Oh I'll keep buying it, though, cuz it's just yummy!

    Fourth was Woodshop Blend of Many from North Park Beer. Interesting. Enjoyable. But not too memorable.

    And finally, Trip in the Woods from Sierra Nevada. No one like this beer. I think I heard someone say, "wet cardboard", at one point. So....o_O

    Back to work for me. Maybe I'll open another beer later tonight. Until then....:drunk:

    As much as they all look the same.....not true. Second from the left was my favorite of the bunch. Was the Mosaic. Brewed with malt, oats, flaked wheat and hops. 7.6%ABV. Super tasty!

    Finishing up the soap shipment from @DrFunker this evening.

    This fella has a decent hop but smooth aftertaste. Real easy drinker.
