You can’t roll them down for 2 days after getting tint so it sets up right.

You have any scrubbing issues with the 33s? And did you have to cut the crossmember to install that 3" lift? That's the only thing holding me back

Fixed the damn rattle in the front passenger side of dash, took all of 5 mins to pull a piller cover off, pop dash speaker grille off and pop out auto headlight filler plug(rattler)and put a wrap of black electrical tape on it and pop it back in, rattle gone(for now, hope for good) and put it all back together. Best 5 mins I've spent on it so far, rattles drive me nuts.

    Well done, sir.

Time well spent. Very nice upgrade. It was enough to make me happy with the stereo for the time being.

What kind of preventive rust protection are you all doing when you drill through the metal? Are you applying anything to the inside behind the metal of the drill hole areas? Just curious because how do you protect the area behind? Or are you just applying whatever to the hole and the face?

Is there one of these rivet guns listed in the items discussed in this thread section? I have a decent gun but want to be sure it's enough.

When I saw this mod I thought naaaa, I don't need this, I never go under the hood. Ha! I've lost count now, and I haven't even begun to do my own maintenance yet. I'm surprised how heavy the hood is. Being vertically challenged doesn't help.

Just pick up a $10 bottle of matching touch up paint at the dealer. After drilling I saturated the holes with the included touch up brush. You WILL need the touch up paint at some point anyway.

Thanks Steve, figured it was not a lot of thought in this.

As a matter of fact, I ordered some the last time I was there having them throw a skid plate bolt in they either left out or didn't tighten enough on the last oil change. You just reminded me and now tomorrow I will call them and say WTF?!
