Glad I got out of that place just in time! I was the sand taco leaving Broken Arrow as you were coming in. Nice setup man!

Yeah, that was me. Nice truck, man! My wife was making fun of me for how huge my eyes got when I saw your truck creeping around the corner. lol. Looked like it was getting pretty busy as we were leaving and you were coming in, we left just in time. It was nice, we pretty much had the whole trail to ourselves besides the pink jeeps.

    Lol thanks.

Yeah it was a shit show while we went through. Had like 4 rental jeeps that didn't know what they were doing and then a couple of 18-21yr old dbags that were blasting music in what I assume is their daddy's jeeps trying to impress some girls. My buddy and I took some pretty tough optional lines in front of them so hopefully they tried to show off through them and flipped or something.

Lol. I saw those dumbass kids as well. They were doing the same shit as they were driving into the trailhead through the neighborhood area. It was my first time running Broken Arrow, do the other trails like Soldier's Pass and shit usually get pretty congested as well? Noticed pretty much nobody was out when I went at 9am.

I've only ran soldiers pass twice and I believe it is still closed. They shut it down and are trying to implement some sort of system where you need a permit to run it. I don't think that's up and running yet.

Schnebly hill can get busy as it is a fun route from I17 down into Sedona. But as of the last year or so it has gotten really rough. It's basically a fire road but it's littered with football size rocks that bounce you around.

Other than that, I've run greasy spoon accidentally while on a javelina hunt on a rainy day and it was quiet.

We ran Schenbly Hill that same day I saw you as well. It was a lot more rutted out then when I ran it this past December. Looks like some rain or snow washed away a lot of the dirt exposing more rock. Made the run a lot more interested for sure.

Damn.. didn't know that about Soldier's Pass. Hopefully they get it figured out soon. Looked like a nice trail.

It's pretty and has some cool spots to check out, but as far as the wheeling goes, it's pretty mild other than one little climb. Broken arrow is by far the most difficult one out there and it's pretty easy imho compared to other trails I've done. But fun for a quick day trip to mess around and fun to take visiting family/ friends on. It was raining when we were on greasy spoon so that made it a slippery muddy mess, but it had some fun spots too.

And an FYI to anyone up here, I do some side job fab work/ mechanical work. So anyone that needs any sliders, bumpers, suspension, light bar, other part installs, etc... hit me up. I guarantee I'll be cheaper than anyone in town

Rear bumper (not completed but you get the idea)

Also did my sliders, and another set of bumpers that should be in my build thread. Basically have done stuff as need be for myself including a BAMF shock relocation at one point and more recently a DMZ sua swap. And before going back to school I was a master mechanic for 6 years.
