What is the BCEC? We have the Home Show this weekend at the eastern states exposition

 

Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. It's where the Boston Auto and RV show are held. The place is massive.

 

Ah makes sense. Similar to our spot for shows, except ours is multiple buildings and a huge lot

 

Quick egg hunt at 12, and then birthday party at 1.

What's everyone got planned for today?

 

Gonna clean out the garage. Going to pick up a bagster at Home Depot. Anyone ever use those?

 

Is that those bag dumpster looking things?

 

I like built not bought as well but I can’t build a car like Chip Foose or a motorcycle like Roland Sands RSD.

But if I win I’d build a road course and Offroad park. Then start a race team and Motorsports summer camp. It’s been a dream of mine to get kids and families into motorcycle racing and also teach them the skills they need to service and maintain their bikes. Skills I wish someone would have taught me when I was younger and maybe I wouldn’t have gone to work in finance. First day of camp we’d watch On Any Sunday.

 

Working till 1. Later is a sleepover at the Ecotarium in Worcester with the Cub Scouts

 

Yeah. $30 at home Depot for the bag then you schedule it to get picked up. Pickup charges seem to be a bit much though, $150 I think.

 

If it's anything but 100% trash you could also set it all out in your driveway and people will pay for your trash...they can't resist...we had a yard sale a few years ago with stuff we were going to throw away. you put up an "Everything is $1" sign and people flock!!!


Also watch out you aren't throwing away hazardous chemicals

I've used them in the past when we did a lot of the initial work on our house. They were pretty good but check on the pickup prices beforehand. Some places are well over $200. Make sure you have a clear area for them to pick it up also otherwise they won't. You can drag them a bit in a pinch but I wouldn't recommend it (ask me how I know it doesn't always end well). You can load them up pretty well. I had one completely packed, I put cut up plywood on the sides so I could really pile debris in. I had to anchor one strap and use the truck with a chain to drag the other strap over the top so they'd meet. I wire tied the straps together so the guy could get his hook on it and they still took it all. I actually have one of them in my garage that I just use as a tarp. It fit perfectly over my old 5x10 utility trailer.

 

This was our first night at home. Great minds think alike.

 

I think the protest in Boston is what messed me up trying to get dumplings this morning!

 

No vacation - work......and bumper isn't going to hit concrete when snow melts as I thought about that before I left!!!!!
