Its probably permanently attached to add length to ensure it is not a SBR. Looks like a screw on sleeve would make it a suppressor.

 

Try this remove the BCG and heavily lube it, dripping wet. Don't dry it or remove any excess oil and reassemble rifle. Shoot it wet.

 

What buffer combos should I try for a 6.5 creedmoor build?

I have one of the original Sparcs on my first AR build. It's got too many rounds through it to count and has held up well. As others have said, they do tend to eat batteries compared to the other stuff on the market but the quality and durability are really good. They also come with a lifetime warranty. On two of my other builds I put Holosun red dots on them. For an inexpensive red dot they work really well too. Battery life is MUCH better and they have some great features (motion activated and you can set the "time to sleep.") More and more people are starting to use them as a cheaper alternative to the Aimpoints. If I was an operator operating operationally I would spend the money on an Aimpoint, but alas I am just a dude who shoots a lot.

 

Its a 11.5" barrel with a pinned suppressor core so it becomes a "one tax-stamp" rifle (instead of needing a SBR and Suppressor stamp)

They came assembled from the factory so unless they f'ed it up i dont think that thats the problem. I did pull the bottom set screw and checked for an alignment dimple and one was present so i dont think that they are off.

Yup all the cases ejected every single one. Just did not pickup the next one, im wondering if im blowing past them before they pickup or if im short stroking them (dont even say it)

hahah ill try that next round out, had to do that for one of the older 300blks i have, makes me feel like im shooting a semi auto black powder

Yup. Supposed to mimick the 1911 side plates. I gotta say it’s really comfortable. Might add some kind of checkering later, but I’ll leave it as is for now.

I have a hard enough time selling all the other junk I make. I've been told I'm not the "marketing type". I take that as a compliment.

 

Roof racks, tire carriers, hi-lift mounts. Same shit everyone else makes, but I don't market or promote. Usually just a text: "Hey can you make something like this?" Me: "Yep." Was planning on getting a tube bender so I can start making sliders but it's a saturated market and there are so many high quality, affordable options it doesn't make sense for me to get into it. Miter cuts FTW!
