Harry, I did one long trip seven months after getting my truck, 4800 miles. Done a couple 600 mile trips and a 12 hour, one way trip about a year ago to the Mojave Desert, neat place. In a month, camping with some Coleman stovies in Death Valley. Some long trips are ok, just hate seeing the miles roll up on the truck. As a couple friends say, that's what you bought it for. Don't know what electronics you need, get a charger too.

    Morning all:

Ice falling from a sign is something I wouldn't even think of, probably happens more than we think.
I had posted about where a piece of conduit came loose in the Lehigh Tunnel and went through the windshield of a semi killing the driver, all kinds of hazards out there!

Duane that sounds so cool. I think I am going to stick mostly to the Southeast area. Other trips also but try to stay close to home till the wife retires. Then all things are open. Maybe we will hook up one day. We could plan an outing and see if our paths would cross. Thanks for the info

Mostly DaNang with a signal support detachment. Repaired and install phones along with a small amount of Central Office work. We were stationed just north of MAG16 by the south china sea. Stayed too busy to go swimming.
