    Length and bend. In the picture below the 2WD hose is the second one in the top row, the 4WD hose is beside it on the right. Both models share the same upper radiator hose.

    It is for the 3.4L 5VZ motors, I assume you would use the 4WD for the PreRunners as well, just not sure. The box contents only stipulate that one hose is for 2WD, one is for 4WD. Link to product which doesn’t really offer any better explanation:
