Which uniballs did you grease? Just the ones on the top/bottom of the spindle? From looking at the pictures on Camburgs website, they have uniballs at the LCA pivots as well instead of bushings. You might need to grease your UCA bushings also. Most brands have a grease zerk for doing that, but it looks like Camburg doesn't.

I greased the UCA and LCA uniballs.
Where they bolt to the frame, I have the Heimed upper arm option, so I have no poly/rubber bushings.
Those bearings look plenty greased as well.

smashed this, broke that, covered it up with tape and paint
    I'd jack the truck up
    Remove the shock
And cycle the suspension til you find it

Check your lower shock spherical bearing. Spray a little lube and see if it goes away

My truck made the same sound when the LCA bolts were too loose. I know it may not be easy to tell, but if you are hearing the same squeak before and after the lt install, it would have to be an issue that does not involve the new parts like the lower bushings squeaking from loose cam bolts. Of course you could always be experiencing two separate issues - one before and one after installing your kit. Check the brake dust shields on the spindle gussets too.

Dont Know what type of grease/lubricant you used but Don’t grease your uniballs/ hiem joints with traditional grease that will just cause it to sqeak more or may have been the cause of the creaking. I usually use a dry telflon lube like tri flow. Traditional grease destroys the linings and attracts more dirt to the uniballs which shortens their lifespan.

It is 100 percent located beneath the bed, but if you want to cycle it fully then you will need shocks to go through the bed. You will need a bed cage of some sort in order to make the shocks towers strong and stable to handle shocks through the bed. Guys have done 12s instead of 16s in order to stay underneath the bed though.

What @Coot83 said. However, @ARCHIVE makes shock towers that will fit a 14" shocks under the bed. I have as set for whenever I finally get around to installing my Camburg SUA.

If you ruled out your suspension and other important bits check your radiator support sub assembly. The thin sheet metal on mine is all cracked up and was making a similar sound when the metal edges rubbed against each other. I bent them away from each other and the noise stopped

Ah good thinking, I’ll check other supports in the front area and just look for fresh metal anywhere to expose an area of rubbing.

Comes fully welded. You just need to weld the lower legs to the frame and bolt it in. I tried getting it as a weld it yourself kit, but he wasn't offering that

It comes almost exactly as what he has in the pic. The lower legs that bolt on underneath the bed are the ones that get welded on to the frame. For the most part though it’s a one piece. So far from what I have seen tim does excellent work.

Mine ran me around 1800 shipped I believe.

What he said. I don't have a pic of how it comes, but everything you can see in the pic is assembled. Then you just weld the 4 legs to the frame. The legs are welded and ready to go. I think the base price is supposed to be $1500 plus shipping.

For once it's cheaper to get something for a second gen - Tim wanted $3k for a bolt in bed cage for my first gen. He must be able to crank those things out. $3k would be worth it, but I'd rather spend 1/3 - 1/2 of that on tools and make my own plus have fun new toys to play with lol.
