I love my white truck! But what drives me crazy is that “step” on the rear of the hood. I work nights at LAX and when we get the morning dew mixed with LA smog the water beads up and the lack of wind hitting the back of the hood leaves dirty water spots that will never blow away! Starring you right in the face...
Who designed that hood to have that “step” should be shot!!!:angrygirl:

    Too many to count.
I think the only other color I would consider for a Tacoma is the Quicksand, but that is only because of @mesojdm ’s build.

I call bullshit. When I was researching colors I drove 2 hours from home to see a whole slew of colours. The dealer had a quicksand which I was considering but it had a light coating of salt and winter road grime. It looked like shit. The exact same truck I had seen on the same dealers lot previously but had been freshly washed and detailed. It looked sweet. Might as well have bought black.

Silver is one of the best for hiding dirt and crap. But then you would have silver.

Little chip damage shows easily on any Toyota paint job...it’s not a luxury brand. If you can get a good deal on white then you should jump on it!

Keep reading down a bit. Then you will see what happens when you leave the lights on at night.

If they're not putting on clear coat in the final step, while I agree white looks clean a long time, taking care of is probably not easier.

My wife has a newer white rav4. Getting the grime off with a clay bar is a twice annual occurrence. My silver doesn't need it nearly as often. After getting her car I assumed she must be just driving through more construction zones. Never really asked. Now that I'm reading the final clear is excluded, it makes sense why I'm spending so much more time detailing to get the grime nubs off.

Definitely a pain, my Ex-Fiance had a Candy White Jetta and that black grime took several washes to remove and it always got rail dust or something in it that created little rust specs.

I love my white. I wanted that color and shopped around to find one with low miles used. I’ve had 30ish vehicles and this is the first one I specifically wouldn’t buy in any other color than white. It’s easiest to keep clean, looks awesome accented with almost any other color. I really like grays and silvers as well which both hide dirt well, but white is the way to for imho

I wanted white for a simple reason. I prefer it to any other.
