Couple of things I’ve done over the past few weeks. Pro tail lights, Morimoto XB fogs, Sport wheel vinyls, black and red bedside decal, Ultimate turn signals, side marker decal, Falken Wildpeak A/T3Ws. May look to plastidip the scoop, mirrors and fender flares soon.

 

Really digging the Sport wheel vinyls! Big change for low cost/effort

 

I thought I'd already posted a picture in here but I guess I didn't? Anyway this is one of my "baseline" pictures of our new to us 2016 TRD Sport DCSB.

 

Just bought a 17 bbp taco and I already have a probably 5 paint chips in it. I know it’s going to happen n that rocks are to blame and it’s a truck n blah blah blah but it seems to really stand out with the blue and that the paint is on the thin side. Anyone else have this issue on their blue taco

 

Yes, I have gotten a few chips on the bottom of my doors from rocks. I personally don't consider this an issue, but part of vehicle ownership. I bought some factory touch up paint and apply it every few months. Enjoy the new rig!

PS: how do they hold up going through cash washs and power washing when cleaning wheels.

 

Here’s the link below. I’ve only had them on for a week but others that have had them longer haven’t had any issues with car washes or power washing so far. They’re a no-brainer for $40 to change the look of the Sport wheels.

Did you take them off? Or just do a good tape job? Thinking I will do mine since they are nothing more than plastic junk anyway.

 

Leave them black. That's what I plan on doing as well.
